The Company is changing business direction to however, we intend to change our business to that of being a majority owner of Xinhua Publications Circulation & Distribution Center Co.,
Ltd., a newly formed company organized under the laws of the Peoples' Republic of China, which has been granted a nationwide distribution license in China for books and periodicals and allied products.
