The restructuring and reorganization effort had been executed by the existing management with a goal to better leverage company finances and cash flow within the organization. The goal was achieved successfully and the increased liquidity within the company will serve to protect and expand the existing operations. As the company is a non OTC Markets subscriber, and intends to begin its subscription shortly.

With cash flow in order and all clear sign on OTC theres nothing that can stop PTSH!
